Jake is a postdoctoral research associate at The University of Western Australia. During his PhD he worked on the dung beetle, Onthophagus taurus, and investigated how chemicals on the cuticle of male dung beetles influence their attractiveness to females. Jake is interested in understanding how imported dung beetle species have adapted to Australian conditions, and how this may be influencing the ecosystem services they provide.
